How much does it cost to get my roof cleaned?
Our roof cleaning service starts at £350. The price depends on; the condition of the roof, the amount of moss growth, the size of the roof, access to the roof and also how many valleys and ridges.
Do you offer roof coating?

5 Step Roof Cleaning Process
Note: if required, we can just apply the biocide treatment (softwash) to kill off the moss growth. This can take around 2-3 months to kill all the moss.
Step 1 - Risk Assessment
Carry out a full risk assessment, roof survey and on-roof inspection.
Step 2 - Remove Moss
Remove all moss and lichen. Jet wash, if requested. Cap off gutters and remove debris.
Step 3 - Roof Repairs
Replace any damaged or broken tiles, re-mortar the ridges, hips and valleys where required.
Step 4 - Biocide Treatment
Biocide treatment applied to your roof. This kills any deeply embedded spoors, and helps to delay future moss growth.
Step 5 - Exterior Clean
Clear and clean your gutters, clean your windows, facia & soffits to complete your exterior makeover.

We also offer a Teflon based roof coating to help protect your roof for many years to come.
